Compassionate mediation and Emotional healing

Healing happens when feelings and needs are heard with compassion and non-judgement. Mediation by consciously listening to each person's viewpoints, feelings, and needs allows for healing and solutions to emerge. 

Communicating consciously and with compassion for self and others can help us to untangle conflicts within ourselves, and also with others. Sharon Rose offers conscious and compassionate mediation for individuals, couples, families, friends, and co-workers.

Emotional Freedom Techniques, or EFT - Tapping, helps to shift emotional pain out of the body. This tapping technique utilizes specific meridian points in a process that allows emotions to be healed, often reducing pain and anxiety, also shifting the body out of stress mode.

The NVC Dance Floors process was created by Bridget Belgrave and Gina Laurie and are based on the Nonviolent Communication work shared by Dr. Marshall Rosenberg. The Dance Floor approach to conscious communication provides participants with a kinesthetic way to step from observing a situation to clarifying the feelings and needs that arise. Clarity of feelings and needs, and empathy for all involved, often leads to solutions for previously unresolved situations. As an NVC Dance Floor facilitator, Sharon Rose can assist with this unique healing process.
